Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with product managers, communications, and subject matter experts to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including : User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, Social Media Content, and other forms of program communications.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback on documentation and multimedia projects to improve usability and prioritize future investments.
  • Act as senior editor to ensure consistency across all internal and external training materials.
  • Build and maintain client training aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as video scripts, educational presentations, and social media posts.
  • Learn and understand complex concepts and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Write and edit technical documents.
  • Edit and format technical and program documentation in either Word or PowerPoint.
  • Work with internal authors to provide changes and or recommendations to provided materials.
  • Perform quality reviews of documentation to ensure the correct grammar and punctuation is used, integrating multiple inputs into a single document or presentation to develop the final customer deliverable.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
