Travel Coordinator

ERS is seeking a Travel Coordinator to perform highly complex (senior-level) accounting work within the Accounts Payable section of Finance. Serves as one of the agency's primary point of contact for travel-related business activities, supporting internal divisions with high volumes of domestic and international travel logistics. The Travel Coordinator regularly interacts with employees across all levels of the agency to provide guidance and resolve travel-related inquiries. Responsibilities include coordination of travel arrangements and advances, as applicable, and processing travel using travel management software and ensuring compliance with applicable policies. The role operates in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment that encourages initiative, process improvement, and independent problem-solving. May have direct communication with ERS Board members and Executive Leadership. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, with considerable latitude for independent judgment.
