Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Yates Residential

Join our team at Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) as a Full Time Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Yates County and make a real difference in the lives of individuals in need. As a Residential Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Mozaic, you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on care and support to those who need it most in a home setting. With a competitive pay range of $18.20 to $20.20 per hour , your hard work will be valued and compensated accordingly.

DSP SHIFTS AVAILABLE :

Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) - Must have a valid NYS driver's license for this shift

We have full-time and relief positions available!

DSP PAY RATE : $18.20 to $20.20 per hour per hour based on experience and shift differentials!

Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends

What would you do as a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP)

As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals with disabilities residing in residential settings. You will also responsible for providing transportation to events and appointments to help individuals with their daily goals. Your daily interactions will focus on promoting positive self-esteem and well-being within a home environment through consistent encouragement and support. Advocating for the rights and needs of residents will be at the core of your responsibilities, ensuring that each individual is treated with the utmost dignity and respect. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION :

A minimum of one year of experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or a related field

Valid NYS Driver's License

High School diploma or equivalent required
