This role is for a BCBA Intern as part of a program for individuals pursuing behavior analysis supervision hours. Applicants who are a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) seeking supervision hours are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Benefits

Base pay range

$24.00 / hr - $30.00 / hr

  • Pay : $24-30 / hour based on experience and supervision hour completion
  • Potential wage increases every 6 months
  • A guaranteed path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive BCBA salary upon passing
  • Bonuses based on accrued hours, with potential to earn up to $1,500 per year
  • Guaranteed hours : a minimum of 32-40 hours per week for full-time teammates regardless of patient cancellations

  • No-cost supervision hours; no deductions from pay or clawbacks for supervision time
  • A $5,000 BCBA Pass Bonus for passing the exam on the first attempt at ABC

    • What you will be doing

  • Supervisee has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700 / 2000 hours)
  • All Restricted hours completed
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBA(s) and our team dedicated to ABC's core values

    • Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Evidence of BT or RBT credentials and readiness for supervision hours
  • Ability to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a center-based setting
