Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Knoxville, TN. The LPN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Physician. You will be responsible for administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and supporting patients and their families throughout the continuum of care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and scope of practice
• Monitor patient health, including vital signs and symptoms, and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with wound care, catheterization, injections, and other nursing procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care strategies
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
• Ensure a safe and clean patient environment
