As a Sales Professional , you’ll be part of a high-performing team dedicated to helping individuals and businesses reduce tax-related stress. This role focuses on driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering customized solutions with empathy and professionalism in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client relationships with transparency, trust, and consistent communication.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding established targets.
- Accurately record, organize, and manage sensitive client information in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Provide clients with comprehensive support, acting as their advocate throughout the process.
- Maintain professionalism and resilience when handling objections or rejections.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with proven results.Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients through effective interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-up tasks.Must be able to pass a background check.Compensation & Benefits
