We’re seeking a Network and Security Administrator to bring additional technical expertise to our growing IT team. In this role, you’ll help enhance and mature our network infrastructure and security posture, actively contributing to the design and implementation of new systems and tools. You’ll collaborate closely with our external security partners, play a key role in shaping the organization’s security strategy, and lead critical initiatives that protect both our organization and the communities we serve.

Pay : $80,000-95,000 annually based on experience

Job Summary :

The Network and Security Administrator is responsible for managing and securing the organization’s network infrastructure and systems. This role ensures network availability, performance, and security by proactively monitoring, maintaining, and improving core network services and cybersecurity controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a security-first mindset, capable of supporting a growing organization with a lean IT team.

Schedule : Full-time; 40 hour / week role

Location :  Hybrid - 1 day every other week on site required. Access to reliable internet, ability to prioritize work independently, and foster relationships while working in a hybrid (remote and in-person) environment is required. Must live in or have easy access to the Minneapolis / St. Paul area and be available for on-site interactions at all AHS locations.
