Job Description

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is needed to support the health and well-being of elementary students at a school setting in Manchester, NH. This contract position is available for the current school year, starting as soon as possible through May 30th.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide routine nursing care and health services to elementary-aged students
Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
Monitor student health conditions and maintain accurate health records
Assist with health screenings, first aid, and emergency response
municate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers regarding student health needs
Ensure a safe and healthy school environment in pliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications and Experience :

Current LPN or LVN licensure in the state of New Hampshire

Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred

Strong organizational and munication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with school healthcare protocols and emergency procedures
