job_description.job_card.job_descriptionReceive and verify all inbound freight, comparing contents to purchase orders and system data Sort packages by vendor and PO, repalletize freight as needed for putaway Accurately enter shipment data into the Warehouse Computer System Deliver packing slips to Control Desk and escalate priority items as needed Operate power equipment to unload trucks and support warehouse flow Ability to pass machine driver safety training and operate required warehouse equipment Strong reading, writing, math, and basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience Experience with general warehouse operations preferred Warehouse Management System (WMS) RF scanners or barcode systems Forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial trucks Microsoft Office or equivalent basic digital tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions under pressure Effective communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to differentiate products with similar attributes

ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures timely and accurate receipt of inbound freight and materials, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy. Success is defined by effective coordination of receiving tasks, safe equipment operation, and strict adherence to procedural standards.
