A company is looking for a Technical Printer Support Representative I (Inkjet).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and troubleshoot complex inkjet printer issues to ensure timely resolution
Document customer interactions and assist with purchase decisions on the company website
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service or call center experience
Knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and / or MAC
Intermediate to advanced skills with internet navigation and MS Office
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
