Principal Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Define and govern processes for Production Incident, Problem, Change Management, and escalations for services in Public Cloud (Azure and AWS)

Maintain a portfolio of key technology vendors and oversee technology spend and vendor relationships

Drive cross-functional SaaS transformation initiatives and develop quality metrics aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of Service Management experience in SaaS or Managed Services environments

Mastery of reporting and metrics development in SaaS / Managed Services environments

Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills

Finance and Business acumen with the ability to articulate cost impacts

Experienced in technical infrastructure including Cloud (Azure and AWS) operating environments
