Key Responsibilities
Communicate with suppliers through various channels to gather compliance information and assist with requests
Work directly with suppliers to provide support and ensure quality responses to compliance inquiries
Engage with unresponsive suppliers and collaborate with the Program Success team on customer strategies
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in German and English
Related work experience in administration, reporting, or customer support
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
Self-starter with strong time management skills
