A DAY IN THE LIFE

Provide administrative support to marketing department

Organize and create capabilities packages, proposals, and presentations for construction projects

Maintain corporate marketing collateral including brochures, folders, sell sheets, resumes, flyers, posters, job photography, etc.

Order corporate apparel, promotional items, and client gifts

Provide administrative support for company website

Conduct market research

Coordinate trade shows

Plan and coordinate client trips, holiday / client gifts, and special events

Maintain contact databases

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related

Up to 3 years of related experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates within the organization
