- Provide excellent customer service while meeting company goals.
- Manage a daily call queue
- Takes payments and sets up future payments for new loans.
- Assists management with reviewing and requesting due date / deferments as needed.
- Some skip tracing on accounts
- Identifies and recommends accounts for repossession
- Performs other essential functions as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to effectively handle difficult customersAbility to work in a fast pace environmentAble to adapt to changeBasic computer skills with the ability to type 30 wpm
