We’re Hiring – IT Project Manager (Insurance Domain) | W2 Contract)

Location : Remote / Hybrid (as applicable)

Experience : 10+ years

Education : Bachelor’s Degree

Type : W2 Contract | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation

We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Level IT Project Manager with strong experience in Insurance or Reinsurance domains to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and business objectives

Must-Have Skills :

1. 10+ years of IT Project Management experience

2. Strong knowledge of Agile & Waterfall methodologies

3. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

4. Hands-on experience with Azure, Jira, or ADO

5. Prior experience in Insurance / Reinsurance domain (highly preferred)

Requirements

Must Have

Proficiency in IT project management methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall.

Understanding of software development processes, data management principles, methodologies and tools, Azure fundamentals, Proficiency in Jira or ADO.

Reinsurance background.
