We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Manager to join our team in New Orleans and Baton Rouge. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in finance and accounting to drive recruitment strategies and connect top talent with the right opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing, managing, and growing relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement of candidates with relevant experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful matches.
  • Utilize your finance and accounting knowledge to assess candidate expertise and align them with client needs.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand client partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve placement success rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational hiring goals and maintain service excellence.
  • Provide consistent communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in public or industry accounting, finance, or permanent placement recruiting.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or business growth.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
  • Familiarity with accounting services and financial industry trends.
  • Ability to leverage industry experience to drive client and candidate success.
