CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Trueson Exteriors & Interiors is seeking a Construction Supervisor for both our Exterior and Interior departments with direct field experience in Exterior structural remodeling and Interior remodeling. This position will manage multiple in-house crews and Subcontractor crews as needed and ensure job sites are safe, efficient and high-quality. This is a boots on the ground leadership role perfect for someone who is ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within.

Job Duties Summary :
Construction Supervisors are responsible for the following :
Communicate with Project Managers prior to job to understand full scope and goals of projectWork with Project Manager to ensure proper materials are orderedCommunicate as needed with homeowners about scheduling or any other issuesWork within labor budgetsJobsite photo documentationComplete Daily Logs on projectInventory tools and materials and work with daily deliveries being madeManage crews and direct them on their daily responsibilitiesVisit multiple job sites daily or as needed to property direct crewsEnsure clean and safe job siteProvide clear communication to management and team members as neededProvide clear leadership for crews on how the project should be ran and best approach to ensuring profitability and efficiencyQualifications :
Hands-on construction experienceProven ability to manage projects and field crewsKnowledge of local building codes and safety regulationsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAble to multitask across multiple active projectsProblem SolvingSafety & Compliance skill setLeadership skills that motivate and leadKeen attention to detailMust have a clean driving recordBenefits Package :
