As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access to the facility, verifying credentials, and assisting guests with inquiries, all while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will use technology such as computers or tablets to log visitor information and communicate with team members. In this driving post, a valid driver's license is required as you may be responsible for responding to incidents or assisting with site logistics.

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
