Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team in South Bend, IN.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and document services per standards.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure continuity of care .
• Conduct assessments, contribute to discharge planning, and maintain compliance with ethical and licensing standards.
• Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and an active state license . Experience with substance use disorders is preferred.
