Job Description

This is a critical need SDU (Step Down Unit) contract requiring experienced RNs to provide care for patients who require close monitoring, often transitioning from ICU to med-surg. Nurses will monitor cardiac rhythms, manage drips, and respond to changes in patient conditions. Strong cardiac monitoring skills are required, as patients often present with acute cardiac, respiratory, or post-surgical complications.RE

Requirement Details

Experience Minimum : 1 year recent (within 3 years) full-time SDU / Tele / ICU equivalent experience.

Education Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Certifications CA RN License, BLS, ACLS (required). Experience in cardiac rhythm recognition (required).

Preferred BSN, additional experience in high-acuity telemetry or ICU.

Skills Cardiac rhythm recognition, telemetry monitoring, titration of cardiac drips, rapid response participation.
