Host – Lil' Ricci's

Position Overview

Lil' Ricci's is hiring friendly, energetic Hosts to welcome and seat guests, manage the seating flow, and create a great first impression. This part-time, front-of-house position is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and works well on a team.

Responsibilities :

Greet guests with a warm welcome
Manage seating and communicate with the service team
Share knowledge of menu items, specials, and events
Assist with to-go orders and maintain a clean host area

Qualifications :

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional appearance and dependable attendance

Ability to multitask under pressure

Compensation :

$14.81 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, training, and skills.

Benefits (eligibility requirements apply) :

Paid Sick Time – Provided in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA)

Paid Vacation – Available after 12 months, accrued based on hours worked

Medical Insurance – Partial employer-paid coverage for eligible employees after 12 months of employment and meeting minimum hours requirements

401(k) Plan – Available after 1 year of service (with plan requirements)

Health Savings Account – Available only to employees who enroll in a qualifying high-deductible health plan option
