About The Position

Job Title : Sonographer

Profession : Sonographer

Specialty : OB / GYN

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : At least 1 year in Sonography with OB / GYN cases

License : ARDMS Client discipline required; Fetal Echo certification preferred

Certifications : ARDMS, BLS (AHA)

Must-Have :

• Hospital experience or experience in Women-Baby and Birth centers
• Travel experience desired
• MFM, high-risk OB / GYN prenatal experience
• Experience in gestational pregnancies, including post-birth

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Prepare qualified candidates to receive a call from a designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local travelers are not accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 60 miles from the facility.

There is a call back requirement with a minimum of 2 hours.

On-call compensation is provided.

Holidays during the winter require working 2 of the 3 major holidays : Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving.

There is a limit of 1 day request off between the designated holiday periods for all travelers.

Work history and resume are required.

A skills checklist completed within the last year is required.

License verification and copies of required certifications are necessary.

A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.

Proof of taxable address will be needed to verify billing rate compliance.
