AAS Tax Seasonal Processor

The AAS Tax Seasonal Processor will support the preparation and handling of Forms 1099. This includes data entry, preparing forms through software, and assembling client packages.

Responsibilities Retrieving information from QuickBook files Inputting information into excel templates Running templates through Tax1099.com software Assembling client packets Other duties as assigned within the scope of the practice

Requirements Working towards accounting / finance degree, preferably at a junior or senior level Previous office / professional work experience preferred; accounting experience strongly preferred Attention to quality, with an eye for accuracy and detail Strong data entry and computer skills, specifically with Excel Ability to work both independently as needed or collaboratively with team Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
