Account Executive (Cox Communities)
It takes a certain artistry to make a solid deal, especially when it comes to communications solutions for entire communities. At Cox Communities (a division of Cox Communications) we're looking for a sales-savvy Account Executive who can influence and collaborate with our various industry partners and clients to make that deal happen. As an AE, you are expected to build successful relationships and sell to the C-Suite. We need you discovering IOT opportunities and showing our customers the benefits of property technology in our MDUs.

What Youll Do
Youll provide solutions, value, and trust for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) and single-family unit (SFU) owners, managers, developers, and residents within their communities. Youre there to help them reach their business goals, optimize their occupancy and future-proof their properties. Cox can deliver all of that and youre the person to make it happen! Youll negotiate residential service agreements.Youll ensure all agreements and contracts are accurate, complete, and align with company standards and system strategies.Youll identify and assess service opportunities in various territories, evaluating their value and serviceability.Youll assess the telecommunications and entertainment needs of potential clients, deliver product presentations, and suggest solutions that complement the customers business strategies.Youll serve as a community ambassador of Cox Communications, recognized as a MDU subject matter expert.Youll establish a presence in the community through participation and leadership of relevant boards, groups, and committees.Youll anticipate the MDU residents next need and provide opportunity, direction, and feedback to local & ATL MDU team members.Who You Are

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in a related discipline and 6 years experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a masters degree and 4 years experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years experience in a related field.Safe Drivers Needed; valid drivers license required.Preferred :
Strong knowledge of CRM and database tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, and SAS.Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills.A strong understanding of business acumen.Strong sales and negotiation / strategic prudence.Join the team and make your mark on entire communities.
