Pay Information

$3,124 per week

About The Position

Schedule - Day shift with 1-2 call shifts per week and 1 weekend per month. Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, TAVR and Left Atrial Appendage Closure Job Duties : Verify package integrity and expiration dates on all sterile supplies. Prepares patient and equipment for utilization of sterile technique. After procedure, prepares equipment / supplies for sterilization. Monitors and records all procedural data and maintains procedural event logs. Provides patient comfort while familiarizing him / her with the equipment and supplies needed for the procedure. Applies the necessary monitors and prepares access site(s) including the necessary sterile drapes. When scrubbing into a procedure, uses sterile and aseptic technique as required for infection prevention. Advocates for radiation safety and protection for self and coworkers. Wears personal radiation dosimeter and takes necessary precautions to limit / minimize patient and staff exposure. Documents fluoroscopy time and radiation doses and evaluates reports to determine if values are within established safety limits. Education Graduate of accredited radiology program Certification / Licensure ARRT(R) required BLS required

Shift : Day Shift with On-Call Rotation (Weeknights, Weekends and Holidays)

General Certifications : General Certifications(PALS,BLS / BCLS,ACLS); Allied Health Certifications(ARRT,ARRT(R ))
