Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Night Coach Counselor at   Les Peters Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida ✨

Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.

A youth’s length of stay is determined by the youth's assessed risk to reoffend, their progress in reducing applicable criminogenic needs and risk factors, and the completion of their individualized treatment plan.

Pay : $19-20 Per hour

What you will do : As a Night Coach Counselor, you will provide 24-hour security and supervision to always ensure the safety of our Youth. You will monitor and document behaviors, monitor the Youth during the nighttime and assist within the program.

To be considered you should :   Possess a High School Diploma or GED, have one-year experience working with at-risk youth in a direct care position OR 60 hours of college education and possess a Driver’s License.
