The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer (Speech Recognition) , you’ll be part of a small, high‑performing team building and optimizing models that directly improve the lives of clinicians. You’ll work end‑to‑end — from evaluating open‑source models to optimizing large‑scale inference systems — while collaborating with some of the brightest minds in applied AI.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and fine‑tune open‑source speech recognition models to enhance quality and capabilities.
• Optimize inference infrastructure ( WhisperX , Kubernetes , NATS ) for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to integrate large language models into production applications.
