Cement Finisher Foreman

The Cement Finisher Foreman supervises and coordinates a team with project requirements. The Cement Foreman supports project details and safety matters. This position will perform or finish cement tasks. This is a safety sensitive position.

Position Responsibilities :

• Oversee and assist with the assembly and removal of forms that are used for the concrete installation
• Supervise and assign teams appropriately
• Use assorted power tools and small hand tools, including ten-pound sledgehammers, shovels, picks, handsaws, skill saws, and drills to assist with a variety of worksite projects
• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches for project requirements
• Manage material management including inventory, distribution, and placement
• Monitor project performance and report to management with updates.
• Coordinates with other trade partners' foreman and superintendents as necessary
• Promotes a safe work environment
• Communicates and handles jobsite hazards
• Oversee the security and verification of all site materials are properly stored
