Now Hiring : Converting Operator - Tier One

Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 2 : 45 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Converting Operator - Tier One to join our team and help us deliver high-quality products with precision and care.

What You'll Do

As a Converting Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of converting machines, ensuring every product meets our quality standards. Your responsibilities will include :

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspecting products to prevent defects and reduce waste
• Meeting or exceeding production performance goals
• Performing housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
• Conducting quality audits and recording defects
• Reading and interpreting work instructions and templates
• Packing and palletizing finished goods
• Maintaining production supplies to minimize downtime
• Communicating with other shifts for smooth handoffs
• Recording production data accurately
• Disposing of scrap materials properly
• Creating labels and calculating production numbers
• Participating in 5S initiatives
• Supporting coworkers and assisting across machines as needed
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned
