A company is looking for a Multi-Line Claim Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and settle large exposure commercial general liability and property claims

Prepare written status and large loss reports for clients

Direct and monitor defense counsel to settle litigated claims

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience handling commercial general liability and professional liability claims

Adjuster's License Required; NY License preferred or willingness to obtain additional licenses

Knowledge of coverage analysis, risk transfer assessment, and litigation management

Experience with medical malpractice or allied medical claims is a plus

Ability to interpret routine and complex policy contracts and coverage
