Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute automated chaos experiments and reliability tests for the platform
Continuously improve load testing, chaos engineering, and observability infrastructure
Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to share learnings and influence team roadmaps
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in backend software engineering (Java)
Proven experience in automated reliability and chaos testing in distributed environments
Strong enthusiasm for improving performance and fault-tolerance in production systems
Autonomous problem-solving abilities with the capacity to guide others
Willingness to use products and approach reliability from a user's perspective
