This meeting is attended by our hospitalists, primary care panel, SNFist, specialists, nurses, and social workers as a comprehensive meeting. We also have an annual retreat for our physicians and NP's / PAs where we all take a weekend off and relax at a 5 star hotel so we can bond outside of the workplace.
