Salary and Benefits

• Base salary of $250,000 for new grads, up to $280,000 for experienced PCPs with value-based care experience
• Earn over $320,000 in year one with incentives
• Annual incentive bonus up to 28% of base salary (average 20%)
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years (no buy-in required)
• Sign-on bonus up to $15,000
• 25 days of paid time off (PTO)
• 5 CME days
• 9 paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays)
