Branch Installation Manager

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Installation team in Cleveland, OH plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.

As an Installation Manager at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by leading and growing a dynamic team of Installers. You will play the role of Leader, Motivator, and Coach with the support of our General Manager, Installation Trainers, Customer Service & Operations professionals, and all levels of regional leadership.

What You'll Contribute

• Overseeing your Installation team s to effectively and profitably install our products
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes for Warehouse operations and Pre-Installation Measurement process
• Visit job sites to meet customers, resolve issues, and observe employees
