Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across studio facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. Ensures equipment, stages, and production spaces remain safe, functional, and compliant. Provides timely response to maintenance requests, supports production schedules, and upholds high standards of reliability in a fast-paced studio environment.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
  • High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications :

  • One (1) year of prior maintenance experience is preferred

    • Responsibilities :

  • Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
  • Handle heavy workload of calls
  • Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
  • Manage workload and job scheduling
  • Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
  • Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
  • Keep manager informed of customer feedback
  • Communicate effectively and promptly
  • Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
  • Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
  • When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
  • Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
