Sterilization Technician

Location : Bronx, NY, 10461

Duration : 13 weeks (high possibility of extension)

Schedule : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (Overnight shift)

Pay : $35–$37 / hr (weekly pay)

• ? Job Summary :

We're seeking a skilled Central Sterile Technician to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sterile techniques, instrument processing, surgical procedures, and equipment.

• ? Qualifications :
• High School Diploma (HSD)
• CRCST certification (Required)
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of surgical instrumentation and sterilization protocols
• ? Responsibilities :
• Clean, inspect, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
• Follow strict infection control and sterile processing standards
• Support OR and procedural areas with timely equipment turnover
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory
