Job Description

Manage and oversee all field operations for ground-up commercial projects $10M+. Lead and mentor subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Drive project schedules, coordinate resources, and resolve issues to keep construction on track. Enforce and promote company safety standards across the job site. Operate as the main field leader, partnering with Project Managers and Owners to deliver projects on time and on budget. Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and local authorities. Deliver reports and updates to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading ground-up commercial projects of at least $10M in value. They will bring strong technical knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety, along with proven leadership skills to motivate and guide teams on site. Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, hands-on management style are essential. A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality will set the successful candidate apart.
