Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Salem, NH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Responsibilities - Assistant Manager
As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics / technicians work; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and ensuring the safety of team members.
Responsibilities - Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. This role directs the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stages vehicle repair and maintenance work, and drives sales initiatives. Service Managers communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information on requested or necessary repairs and maintenance, and strive to meet customer expectations and satisfaction in-store.
