Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Mariposa, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position. This role focuses on supporting students through behavior assessment and intervention planning to enhance their educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior programs.
• Provide training and coaching to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.
• Support student progress through individualized behavior strategies aligned with their educational goals.
