How You’ll Contribute

As an RN House Supervisor, you will :

• Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assess and ensure quality of services delivered while facilitating staff development programs.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
