Director of Nursing

Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as Director of Nursing . In this leadership role, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to our nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. This position will also be responsible for conducting interviews / walkthroughs for potential new nursing employees to ensure a highly skilled and cohesive team.

Shift : M-F (on-call Stipend)

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a MINIMUM of 5 years of supervisory experience to join our team in Walton! If you have experience in risk management principles & processes as well as quality improvement processes, call us for position details!
