Summary Of The Job :
The Senior Director of Commercial Credit Risk Oversight is a key enterprise leader responsible for setting and executing best-in-class credit risk practices across the bank's commercial lending portfolios, including Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Agricultural lending. This individual will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with business lines, credit officers, risk governance, and technology teams. This role involves oversight of risk rating frameworks, portfolio monitoring, risk reporting, and the management of evolving credit risk factors including refinance risk and policy exceptions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in credit risk management, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to anticipate and adapt to macroeconomic and industry trends.

Compensation :
Compensation range (base pay) : $141,440.00-$240,448.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and / or skill level.
