Steelcase is hiring a Sr. Product Engineer to create, develop, and implement new products for our Ancillary Seating team.

Who You Are :

You are a skilled engineering professional with a vision for integrating product development and manufacturing processes to optimize functionality in the market. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong communication and analytical skills. You are adept at identifying multiple solutions to complex challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving results with a proactive mindset.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Partner with various stakeholders and teams to create new products
• Provide support through the creation of engineering drawings, tolerance analysis, free body diagrams, participate in material selection, and analyze various product components
• Prototyping and analysis
• Engaging with different functions - connecting with people
• Experience working with mechanisms and associated kinematics
• Design and revise plastic, aluminum, die casting, sheet metal, and upholstery CAD files using Creo software
