What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with prospective clients to uncover their goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Guide clients in selecting products and designs that align with their project vision, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed scopes of work tailored to project requirements.
• Provide a superior customer experience through consistent, clear communication.
• Set and manage client expectations throughout the sales process.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams by providing detailed notes and documents to support design, estimating, and installation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a consultative sales role.

Strong background in account management.

1-3 years of experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Compensation :

Pay : Base : $65,000.00 / year + unlimited commission
