Dispatch Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Dispatch Operations Lead (part-time) in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain readiness to receive dispatches from grid operators and utilities

Execute dispatches across grid operator and utility programs while maximizing customer participation

Support optimization of customer site offers and assist in tracking customer performance post-dispatch

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in operations or a related field

Fluency in at least one of Google Sheets, Python, and / or SQL

Ability to work 4-hour shifts between 9am - 1pm GMT from Saturday through Tuesday

Strong computer skills and comfort with web-based tools

Self-motivated and disciplined with a bias for action
