Colorado Nursing Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel RN job

Unit : Med / Surg (Orthopedic nursing focus, 20 beds)

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 5

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Colorado or compact state

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg nursing experience (surgical unit required)

Pain management and orthopedic nursing experience preferred

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med / Surg patients, including orthopedic and trauma cases

Monitor and manage pain for post-surgical patients

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on patient experience and quality outcomes
