Job Description & Requirements Specialty : RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 19 / 2025 Duration : 17 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Dietitian Location : Baltimore, MD Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 – 16 : 30) Job Responsibilities : Provide nutritional assessment, care planning, and follow-up for patients in Skilled Nursing (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Short-Term Acute Rehabilitation (SAR) settings. Manage dietary needs of adult and geriatric patients in a 320-bed facility with a daily census of approximately 285. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure effective patient care plans. Document care using PointClickCare; familiarity with Cerner is helpful for specialty care areas. Participate in departmental processes and regulatory compliance related to nutrition services. Rotate weekend coverage once per month if desired (not mandatory).
