Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, operate, and maintain decision-support tools for market and economic analysis
Manage small teams of consultants, ensuring coordination, collaboration, quality control, and budget management
Interact with clients and stakeholders to present model methodologies, inputs, and results
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 6+ years' experience in energy efficiency or a related field
2+ years of project management or team lead experience
Experience in developing analytical tools for decision support in the energy field
Proven ability to ensure model results are defensible and withstand scrutiny
