Mondelz Global LLC , a leading global snacking companyis now hiring a CDL A Local Delivery Driver in Aurora, CO . This is a union role.The driver will deliver products, including temperature-controlled foods safely and on time within within the Aurora area. They will also assist with warehouse duties.You will stock your truck with our products, driveto stores and warehouses and unload at locations where needed and be back home in the evening. Home Daily| Reliable Routes | Competitive Pay

Compensation :

  • Hourly Pay : $29.85
  • Competitive hourly rate with 40hours weekly

    • Home Time, Routes, & Schedule :

  • Home every day

    • Occasional overnights, stay in hotel

  • Schedule :

    • Shift : Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays

  • Start times vary
  • Route : Colorado, Wyoming, and part of Nebraska

    • Number of stops : 10-15

  • Start in warehouse during probation period
  • Level of touch : touch freight

    • Delivery routes can require routine lifting and stepping on and off the truck at each stop

    Equipment :

  • Automatic Transmission
  • 48 and 53 footers

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must havea valid CDL A license
  • 6 months verifiable driving experience required
  • Proven experience of safe driving behavior and no serious driving convictions in the last 5years. All accidents and moving violations will be reviewed.
  • Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID drivers license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access
  • Must have no DUIs / OWIs within the last 5 years.
  • Must be registered with the FMCSAs Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
  • Must be able to successfully pass DOT pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen.
  • Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation preferred.
  • Able to use smart phones or tablets and ELD for logging positions and driving times
  • Display flexibility toward daily changing routes and working times.
  • Possess a great customer-oriented attitude, displaying our values to the customers you deliver goods to.
  • General understanding of vehicle mechanics to communicate problems in case of breakdowns and to perform basic repairs yourself
  • Driver should live within 50miles of Aurora, CO
