Senior HR Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior HR Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of multiple project plans and programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment on project scope, budget, and risk management

Manage change management and communication plans throughout the program's lifecycle

Develop and track delivery metrics for project teams, identifying process improvement opportunities across all workstreams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field

Eight (8) years of experience leading projects in Human Resources Operations, Finance Operations, or Supply Chain Operations

Master's degree in a related business area or field of study (preferred)

Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CBAP (preferred)

Ten (10) years of experience leading projects in Human Resources Operations, Finance Operations, or Supply Chain Operations (preferred)
